Black Lace : 7yo black
15.3H Friesian mare (FOA registered) $18,500
Black Lace (aka 'Baby') is a lovely friesian
mare sired by Biense FOA, damsired by Thor FOA,
with an elegant presence in the ring, very athletic
and wonderful gaits. At her first schooling show
in September 2009, she scored 67-68% at Training
Level tests and was the show's high score at
Training Levels for the day. Currently she is
schooling first/second level dressage and has
the potential to go beyond. As mares go she is
very nice, not an alpha nor marish attitude,
no really! She has been in professional dressage
training for the past year and the owners have
decided to sell her. This would be a great opportunity
for a young rider or adult rider who wants to
show a friesian in dressage. |

Mercedez Royale : 12yo bay
16.1H American Warmblood mare (AWS/PHR registered)
$12,500
Mercedez Royale (aka 'Sadie') qualified in
2007 for both Dressage & Eventing
USPC Nationals. Competed at the 2007 USPC Eventing
championships and placed 5th individually at
Beg. Novice. Competed at the 2007 American Eventing
Championships and placed 36th on her dressage
score at Beg. Novice in a field of 75 riders,
no jr/amateur divisions that year. Since then
she has been competed at Novice several times.
Owner has opted into a career path taking her
away from horses. 'Sadie' would make a great
dressage horse for a Pony Clubber or lower level
rider. She would also be a foxhunting candidate
but has not been ridden to hounds. Not for a
beginner jumper rider.

Gold Dollar (aka 'Larz')
: 6yo chestnut 16.2H warmblood/tb cross $2,400
Looking for a great home for a very kind, safe
horse. He was to be a performance horse but an
arthritic change in his RT stifle will preclude
him from passing the vetting for performance
career. He will make a great husband horse, mother
in law horse, is great on trails, goes through
water, doesn't need to be ridden 5 days a week
to be safe. He was competed in Sept '09 at a
dressage schooling show and earned a 2nd place
in Walk-Trot with a 68%. He could do lower level
dressage or hunters for a pony clubber as well.
He can become part of your lesson program today
and have many years of useful career ahead. This
kind of horse is invaluable to someone who teaches
beginner lessons to adults that need a stout
horse. |
